We have an Executive Membership to Costco paired with the Citibank Costco card which when you use them together earns you double rewards on your purchases there including gas! We end up covering the cost of our Executive Membership ($120/yr) with the rewards check we receive from the Costco Membership and then have all the Citibank rewards points to spend as well which is great!
Costco is one of my favorite stores. Everything is always fresh with a ton of organic options and comes at such a great value. They also have an incredible return policy, so if you are ever not satisfied just bring it back!
Organic Romaine Lettuce - great to use as lettuce wraps
Organic Kale Green - bake into kale "chips," throw into smoothies, salads, pasta dishes
Organic Spinach - the price cannot be beat (around $3)
Hot house english cucumbers - slice for snacking
Hot house tri-color peppers (not pictured) - slice for salads, tacos, snacking, or a stuffed pepper recipe, etc. (around a dollar/pepper)
Asian Salad Kit **- this is cabbage, carrots, cilantro, etc., I use it to make an asian stir fry with cauliflower rice peppers and onions and then throw some of this in to add a crunch, also great as a shredded lettuce replacement in tacos
Sweet Kale Salad Kit **- this is kale, shaved brussels and broccoli slaw, I throw into salads, rice bowls or you can even roast it in the oven
**I take out the toppings and dressings the come with the salad kits and my husband uses them in salads to take to work which is great especially with the dressing.
Berries - great bang for your buck and a healthy dessert alternative
Frozen Organic Broccoli Florets - the package is made up of smaller bags of frozen broccoli (think the size of the bags you would buy in your normal grocery store), so you can pull out as you need, they also sell asparagus like this

My other favorite grocery store is Trader Joe's. Of course Costco and Trader Joe's do not have delivery grocery options through companies like Shipt and Instacart which I have heard is an AMAZING service, but what are you going to do!
